reservd
Reservations for the switch to flex desks.
reservd is the reservation solution by thingdust. It supports you when switching to flex desks: simple, minimal and built so that nobody stores who sits where.
How reservd works
Only what flex desks need.
No complex integration into Microsoft and the like, no settings for every special case – a lean reservation for flexible places.
Web app for the phone
Reservations are made in a web app designed for the phone. Sign in with your business e-mail, nothing more.
By the day
Reservations are per day. That is enough for flex desks and keeps it simple.
Until the end of the week after next
On Monday you can reserve about two weeks ahead, on Friday one. This keeps places flexible.
QR code at the desk
Every desk and zone can have a QR code: scan it, see whether it is free and reserve it on the spot.
Desks and team zones
Anything you like can be reservable. We recommend desks and team work zones.
For the whole team
Several days and several desks at once: a team lead can, for example, reserve three days for everyone in the team in one step.
Map or list
Choose desks on the floor plan or in the list – whichever is quicker.
What it looks like
Three desks, three days, one step.

Privacy
Only your own calendar knows who reserved.
reservd explicitly records no personal data. Everything works anonymously.
You sign in with your business e-mail. After that it is stored only in your own browser; reservd itself forgets it.
For each reservation, reservd sends a calendar entry to this address. The e-mail is neither stored nor logged. The person's calendar is therefore the only place that says who reserved the desk.
You still see your own reservations, because only your own phone or browser knows the code it recognises them by. For further devices there is a personal reservd key.
Built for flex spaces
No standing bookings.
reservd is built for flexible and spontaneous use, not for bookings that repeat forever.
Someone who works at the same desk every day does not use a flex desk but a fixed one. Plan or assign it as such. Which places suit which use is shown by thingdust's measurement.
With thingdust sensors
Reserving and measuring kept apart.
The sensors do not reserve anything. Sitting down does not reserve a desk – a reservation is always needed, without exception. This avoids conflicts between spontaneous reservations and automatic occupancy.
Measuring still pays off: the sensors show how much reserved time is actually used, how often a reservation stays empty and whether the reservable area should grow, shrink or be divided differently. More under Analysis.
Need a comprehensive booking solution?
With Outlook integration, app and door signs: for that, thingdust sensors provide the occupancy to 3V ROOMS by microfast. More under Integrations.
