Visiting the website

Our server keeps no access logs of visits to this website: we store neither IP addresses nor the pages you view.

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not include advertising networks. Fonts and videos are hosted on our own server.

Contact forms

What you enter in a form is only used to process your enquiry. Your details are stored in our CRM system Pipedrive so that we can process your enquiry; notifications are sent via the e-mail service Mailjet. Your details are not sold to third parties.

Advertising on Google

We run ads on Google Ads. If you arrive via an ad, Google adds a click identifier (gclid) to the address. This website does not set cookies for this and does not load any Google scripts. The identifier is only remembered in the open browser tab and sent to us together with an enquiry if you submit a form. This lets us measure which ads lead to enquiries; for this we send the identifier and the time of the enquiry to Google – without your name or e-mail address.

Booking a meeting

You book appointments directly on this website. For this we only read when our own Microsoft 365 calendars are busy. When you book, we add the appointment with your name and e-mail address to our calendar; Microsoft sends the invitation with the Teams link. We also store the details in our CRM system Pipedrive.

Your rights

You can request information about the data we hold about you at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@thingdust.com.

Sensor data

The occupancy data from our sensors is not personal. Details under Privacy and security. This applies to the thingdust solution; for integrations of partners, the terms of the respective provider apply.
