The Central and University Library Lucerne (ZHB) runs thingdust Live at several locations. Users see across the campus at which location and in which zone places are still free – before they even leave the house.
Occupancy is recorded anonymously, without cameras and without any personal reference. It is displayed in the room information system V:SCOUT, which the ZHB already uses.
User needs were continuously evaluated during the roll-out, and adjustments were made based on what we learned.
Live and Analysis
Display and learn at the same time.
With Analysis + Live, employees see what's free and facility management sees whether the space works in the long run. Ideal after a refurbishment: you check whether the new layout holds up.
Switching to flex desks
Reserve desks with reservd.
When switching to flex desks, desks and team zones can be reserved by the day with reservd – in a web app for the phone or spontaneously via a QR code at the desk. Anonymous, without personal data.
